Hi, I’m Noelia Costa! I’m a first-generation Peruvian-American raised in Miami, Florida.

I’ve always been passionate about capturing moments and creating memories through photography. My journey with a camera began long before I started pursuing photography as anything more than a hobby. In January 2022, I took the leap to pursue photography professionally, launching Shots by Noe. Since then, I’ve grown and rebranded as Costa Collective Photography to reflect my evolving vision and style.

In addition to my love for photography, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Student Education. This background has deeply influenced my approach, especially when working with children of all ages and abilities. I believe every moment is worth celebrating and I strive to create an inclusive and comfortable experience for everyone I work with.

My services have expanded over the years, offering event photography for occasions like weddings, engagement parties, birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, and more. I also specialize in branding photography, helping businesses and individuals showcase their unique stories and values through compelling visuals.

My goal is always to capture authentic, heartfelt moments. I’m honored to be a part of your special days and milestones.
